hi :
on tuesday april 18th I was in provincial court in regina. I immediately
read this to the judge :
""Good morning, I am known by the name Gary-Thomas:Clement spelled Capital
"G" lower case a, r, y dash Capital T lower case h, o, m, a, s belonging to
the family Name, Capital C, lower case l, e, m, e, n, t . I am the
Creditor, Author, Agent of the CAPITALIZED ARTIFICIAL PERSON COPYRIGHT
TRADEMARK NAME CLAIM autograph of GARY THOMAS CLEMENT and I claim Common Law
jurisdiction and seek justice with Equity law remedy.

Look at the Judge as say, "Do you have any claims against me?"

Then turn to the lawyer and say, "Do you have any claims against me?"

For the record of this court, I present my Non Acceptance of Warrants for
arrest and I promise to pay your papers of commerce with Government Backed
Bonds within the next three months for I will honor your papers of commerce
as I stand in truth with Common Law jurisdiction.

Thank you"

of course the judge"HENNING" and senior crown prosecutor"STOESSER" both
tried to talk over Me several times but I just upped My volume for My 4
Witnesses. by Me stating "I claim Common Law jurisdiction" I was now on
equal footing with the JUDGE and He knew it and had to recognize it and in
other words He had to do everything I asked of HIM! I got everything I
asked for:-) it was an historic day in the courtroom not only for Me but
for EveryOne because now it is on record My fines can be paid lawfully by
Me writing up a government backed bond issued by My signature. many of
Us now can use My case as precedent when You are seeking to pay off Your
credit card debts, mortgages, lines of credit etc. needless to say I have
been smiling an awful lot since tuesday Smile

was blasting the JUDGE and PROSTITUTER continually, JUDGE HENNING seemed to enjoy it but STOESSER looked like HE was about to have a heart failure.
important thing to remember when representing Yourself in court is to always state several times that You are only acting as agent for the CAPATILIZED ARTIFICIAL PERSON ... Your STRAWMAN

also important to mention I feel that this COURTHOUSE has been getting gifted many many times over the course of the last 4 years.

p.s. gold and silver are an absolute bargain right now after yesterday's
CABAL raid ... do Your family a favor and buy it if You can cause it will climb back quickly and higher than it was before

Hi Gare - Wow, where do I go to read more about that? How very cool! So, am I understanding this correctly? You use that method to basically have the government pay your debts, right? Does it work in every state? Do you happen to have more contact info on Irene Gravehurst? I searched online for her, but nothing came up. Hopefully there is someone close by who has a workshop similar to that, though my bro lives in Vancouver, so maybe I'll have to pay him a corresponding visit Smile

Irene lives in vancouver and holds weeklend workshops there, probably none for a few months though as She is going to international court in the hauge, maybe to monetize on some of Her copyright trademark infringments by gaining judgements??

Today was a court date to stop an application for the change of locks on the doors of my home.

I attended with 10+ witnesses and realtor, who were amazing supporters. I applied my Common law jurisdiction claims.

Andrew Bury the lawyer for the bank, bashed and slandered my name as is the game but when it was my turn to speak and I stated my Common Law jurisdiction claim to equitable remedy by estoppel, the Judge called the Sheriffs and walked off the bench. The phone rang, twice. I was not able to present my evidence of the Contract of Purchase and Sale that has a $40K deposit in a Remax/Crest Realty trust account. In fact, the Judge would not accept my Affidavit that was stamped by the Registrar.

Two witnesses taped the proceedings secretly because if they find out that you have recording devices they will confiscate it and not return it to you. Four to five Sheriffs surrounded me and I said, ?you do not have permission to touch me?. Then for the record of the court, I told the lawyer and the bankers that the house is sold. Despite the written contract and the evidence, Andrew Bury issued an ?Order? not signed by the Registrar or Judge. An unsigned Order has no force or effect.

The system is fraught with deceit and treachery and for souls who are not awake to the information it becomes a fear based hell on earth to visit. I witnessed a couple crying as they lost their trailer, a man who spoke little English and lost his home because he missed one mortgage payment from CIBC. The amount of foreclosures that took place today were staggering.

Funny thing about all of this, when you?ve been in and out of court so many times, the fear starts to vanish. When you stand in truth and when you know who you are that?s all that matters. I am busy packing and will hold a garage sale soon.

After all this is over, I will be out of the country for a while and I am looking forward to the break. There is no freedom in Canada, you are not allowed to be in a private contract with someone and you are not allowed to sell your own home. The bankers and the gangsters are doing their best to up the homeless population in Canada. This is our test, are we not worth more?

Andrew Bury has told everyone that he ?has an agenda for Irene?. Mr. Bury is concerned because his law firm is in debt to my name for Copyright Trademark name infringements and yet while he is in fear that I may collect some day. Know, that I am not at war with anyone, I just want to talk to these individuals to effect change, but no one wants change and this is another test for humanity. Change is good and while it may not be comfortable it will serve to the best of everyone. I am always an optimist, my house will be sold and the purchasers, my notary and realtor stand beside me all the way.

Hi everyone,

Since my last email and newsletter of sorts on my Monday April 24th court appearance in front of Master Bolton (who bolted from the bench)! Ask my 10+ witnesses, I would like to explain my experience.

I have a standard clause that I use in court which goes like this, ?I am known by the name as :Irene-Maus:Gravenhorst?, Creditor, Agent acting in full capacity as Author of the Copyright Trademark Name Claim autograph of ?I.M. GRAVENHORST or any other derivative thereof and I claim Common Law jurisdiction to resolve matters of commerce with equitable remedy by estoppel.?

When you assert ?general jurisdiction? and the presiding Judge/Master/Justice/Honorable Madam etc. has limited jurisdiction. As everyone knows, the Judge is the Banker and he has a button located below the podium. This button summons all the sheriffs in the court to the right court room, in case of a problem, like me.

After I listened to the lawyer/liar/ganster slander my name and reputation, it was my turn to speak. I offered a copy of the Purchase and Sale Contract entered into an Affidavit which was refused by him. As I proceeded to present my evidence he told me that I could not continue which is when I looked him directly in his eyes and said for a second time, ?Your honor, I claim Common law jurisdiction? and as the game goes, the phone rings twice, so the banker can ?bolt? from the bench to disappear. Why? Because you obtained the ?Christed? Common Law jurisdiction and catch him in the web deceit of an illusion of Admiralty jurisdiction, he must leave. He knew that I knew that he was on a ship of commerce and that I am on land.

What happens when a Judge/Master whatever leaves the bench? He abandons ship and I win! I got congratulated over and over again for those who know about this game. However, as 4-5 sheriffs approached me with their hands on their gun holsters, ask my 10+ witnesses for confirmation, I looked them straight in their eyes and in a clear voice, ?You do not have permission to touch me?. What did I do? I created a boundary, no permission ? no right to contract.

Then I used the power of my voice to tell the gangster that he frustrated the first conveyance and that this second conveyance was going to complete so that the bank can receive its second payment. The sheriff told me to leave the court room. What went through my mind was, ?now the government tells you that free speech is denied?. Wish I had of said that ? in retrospect. Everything happened so fast ? but was the best part about all of this was that there was no fear.

The episode showed me that the system is deeply embedded with a game that destroys peoples lives. When you stand in truth all the deception wants to do is run away and not look you in the eye. Truth will prevail and fear disappears when you know who you are.
