Most Rose Quartz is not of crystal structure.
It is a fine additive, but WILL NOT WORK as the crystal component of orgonite.
Rock Rose Quartz does not work as the crystal component of optimally functional orgonite.
Consider this a public service announcement for the Orgone community.

So now we are in salvage mode...
If we embed a resin/metal/rose quartz piece within a resin/metal matrix which contains clear quartz crystal, will the 2 resin/metal matrices work together with the quartz? In other words, would the 2 resin/metal matrices be energetically merged in the curing process?
Or would the absence of quartz in the embedded object create a void in the new piece? If so, would that be in any way harmful?
It sounds like what we have here are actually orgone accumulators, huh.
God, I could just kick myself right now....
Any other suggestions on what to do with these would be greatly appreciated! |

| Or, if your planning on building a CB anytime soon, maybe this will encourage you. You can use those rose pieces between layers as filler in the CB. Works great, I do it with all excess resin/metal left in paper cups and such. Just don't forget the quartz! |

May I ask how could you possibly know?
I mean, you sound like a christian priest!! "You shall not be bad, otherwise you will go to hell!!"... but you said "Rosequartz shall not work, not matter what you do".
Sounds quite like a dogma to me...
Unless you have a logical explanation for that =D _________________ H Vazquez 07

I've always thought only clear quartz works well....clearer the better. _________________ You may now resurrect yourself! |

only quartz crystal emmit piezo-electricity when submmitted to pressure, not really hard to catch and sound plain logical.

Oh yeah... plain logical...
WTF?
Just a minute ago... ANY of us would just go and buy a nice heart chakra rosequartz crystal and used it without hesitation in a pendant or so...
What are we talking about? Can we really say we know EVERYTHING there is to know about orgonite? _________________ H Vazquez 07

HV,
Starseed is correct ,
without the crystal structure, pressured by resin constricting, the piezo electric component is missing, as well as other benefits of quartz crystals in the orgonite matrix.
I am bringing this up Clearly so more (understandable) mistakes will not happen, needlessly wasting money, supplies and energy.
And Yes,
Thou Shall Not use rock Rose Quartz as the crystal component in orgonite. It Is Not A Crystal.
HV, you ask a good question , I encourage you to continue to explore and questions.
This is how we grow
How could I possibly know ?
(Putting on my best, wise Sensei face)
..(Which looks like I am sitting on something sharp, lol...)
.
....It's my job.

Theres still alot unknown about orgonite! Some people on this forum seem to get angry when others have different ideas. _________________ You may now resurrect yourself! |

HV,
You can still do this, pick up a nice rose quartz, use it in a pendant. Just include a small quartz with it, thats all. |

I recently ran into a similar problem with the Rose Quartz Healer Punch.
Though the Orgonite matrix inside the rose quartz contains a Lemurian Seed Crystal that was producing scalar waves, the rock quartz however, seemed to dampen the effect and the unit did not perform as well as I would like.
Though the appearance is that of a crystal, this is cut and polished rock quartz.
I changed the design so that the Rose Quartz was Inside a quartz crystal, imbedded in the orgonite matrix with a Lemurian.
This is a much more effective tool.

Genius!
when you end up with a lemon, make lemonade.
All my pretty rose quartz "paperweights" are going into what will be beautiful charging plates! |

Charging plates are a superior use of Rose Quartz, as an orgonite additive.
Rose quartz likes to touch us.
Good in food or beverage chargers, personal and home pieces, healing units, gifts to loved ones,or (Ahem) prospective loved ones.
