i will appreciate any insights on this subjects.. i have 2 root canal and silver fillings in my mouth..
what can/should i do? Wink

As far as I know the only alternative is getting the "silver" fillings taken out and replaced with something. Unfortunately this means drilling a little deeper into the tooth to insert composite, ceramic, or real gold fillings.

Check the site CDC (consumers for dental choice). They'll give you lots of good information and help you find a safe dentist. Dr. Mercola has a free health newsletter with a pretty good "search" program, and has condensed a lot of the information I've found on other sites in his articles. If you don't have a lot of time for research, it's a good place to start. Please remember he's coming from an allopathic medical background, and use your judgement. Much of his information is accurate and useful.
