hi everyone.. its been a long time since i written in here..
my life has been to so much changes lately! new job and new apartment.. (ground level with a yard!!!)
2 weeks ago my father died..
too bad i didn't knew that he will collapse.. it happened fast. he died in the hospital..
i pray for his soul to get to heaven...
my grandmother Tziporah Hirsch is living in north Israel next to Naharia..
she has been diagnosed with Osteoporosis. (severe lack of calcium in bones??)
she can hardly walk...
please boost her and help me to find a help and what can make things better..
i have no where else to ask this..
i trust you guys! you always help!

Boosting...magnesium and vitamin D3 could be helpful, and may have a fairly immediate effect on her pain level. IImmediate = days or weeks instead of months. Dosage? Start slowly and work up gradually.
