| |

Someone on YouTube left a comment on a orgonite making tutorial video and said that it is bad to use Aluminum in orgonite because it gives off negative energy and that it is a vibration of Saturn.
Is this true? What are your thoughts on this? Thanks. |

One of us on the forum would have put out the red flag by now about aluminum if it were true! AND Saturn is much older than aluminum anyway I think so how did Saturn get pulled into it? Of course i am not a know it all hahahahaha _________________ "Those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music" |

Let me guess... whoever is saying that aluminum is bad would now be marketing something similar to orgonite, similar - but superior - right?
If you ever come across people who need to talk bad about true and tested things to make themselves look better it's definitely a flag...

Aluminum is all about context. It is one of he most abundant elements on earth. Most clays are alumina, and many minerals are aluminosilicates. Were aluminum inherently bad our planet and much of the universe would be a constant Hell for biological organisms. Of course, in certain forms and in certain relationships aluminum can be toxic, but that is true of most any element in the periodic table. In orgonite, I personally find that aluminum brings a sort of "high" energy as compared to copper which feels more grounded. Some of us like to mix the two. _________________ My web site "Orgonia"

Fun fact to add to that EVERY element on the periodic table is toxic to humans, along with most animals and plants. |

| The best way to find the right answer is to try it for yourself and see how it feels. That's the main rule of thumb here, just be safe and then post your findings. That's how this forum has turned into such a great orgonite resource. |

To me aluminum in orgonite feels like laughter, brass like a hug, and steel like a big base drum. It's all personal impressions. What do you like?
Ruth
Oh, and copper feels like cymbals, which is why I haven't used it much, but emlong's plaques- they're something else! After some experimenting with plant growth, and with orgonite that LOOKS the same, but one contains copper and one does not, I do believe that plants prefer it and most people (3 out of 4) chose the orgonite made with copper in it. I'll be incorporating it in most of my pours from now on.

I agree that aluminum = laughter. By the way the plaques use a densely loaded thin surface gelcoat with copper in it. But the back fill can be whatever you want and comprises 95 per cent of the plaque. I have backfilled with resin and aluminum before. Some of us like to mix copper and aluminum in TB's, HHG's etc. anyway _________________ My web site "Orgonia"
