I have noticed in some of the pretty pieces that I have seen is a very black substance. Is that iron oxide and if so is that as good as copper, brass & etc? I would like something that is a metal and is black. Is there something else that is good to use?

Iron oxide is a good additive with larger sized metal pieces, depending on the size of the orgonite piece and it's intended use.

The small size offers a large surface area and compliments crushed or powdered quartz.

Thank you so much for replying. Sorry it took me so long to respond but I just now noticed the reply button on the bottom. I'm anxious to try the iron oxide black on some of my pyramids but I wanted them to be strong not just pretty. I'm also having fun gifting the TB's again. I think we all need all the help that we can get.
