Copper scrubbing pads. Chore Boy is a noted brand, but they sell generic brands, as well. Shop the $1 stores first.
There are also aluminum scrubbing pads out there, as well, but I have yet to see any at the $1 store. _________________ Mike T.

| Clear resin can be found at Art Supply stores. Expensive, but very pretty for special gifts. Can be tinted. |

metal flake: window and screen manufacturing shops and plants. aluminum shutter shops. pool and porch screen shops. where do you guys get copper or brass?
resin: 5 gal. buckets are more economical if not shipped to you. |

Called a friend at a local recycling/salvage business. I asked if he could get me some metal lathe turnings. He asked, "What kind, steel, aluminum brass? I told him I would appreciate some of each as long as the turnings were fairly small or chips.
To my surprise he said, "How much do you want?" I replied, "Well, if it's no problem all I can get because I use a lot of the stuff."
"I'll bring you over four five gallon buckets how's that?" he replied.
These are great places to find copper pipe and wire also.

Also if your in a jam, or you live in a country where even junk is a valued comodity, you can substitute the metal shavings for the absoltely smallest metal nails available (1.25 millimeteres wide by 30 long).
It seems to make a rather pleasant generator, although I dont have anything to compare with. |

Hola Saril Robert Lane--Your comment about nails reminded me of something that I had forgotten about. About two years ago I went to a farm auction and paid a dollar for a box of junk that had an old coffee can full of rusty brass screws. Those screws made really good orgonite cause they had a certain attitude!

| I am picking up another 5 gal. of resin from WestMarine tomorrow. Price is still $61.00 and they have 63 left in their warehouse. Last time I purchased 5 gal. four of the five tubes of hardener had started to leak. They replaced them with new ones, also letting me keep the old ones. I just used the last of the 5 gal. resin and now have three tubes left. They cost $12.00 if purchased separately. If you factor in the cost of the hardener left over, the last 5 Gal. of resin cost $25.00. WestMarine is nationwide so check your area for one close by. |

I make coil winders 1 for standard single helix and 2 sizes for double helix for crop circle type which takes the skill out of winding.
