Good article here on "Practical Internet Privacy" -

It says, "do be aware that unless you use a VPN, voice and email encryption only prevents wiretapping of content and does not prevent tracking who you are and who your contacts are."
Does anyone have any good suggestions for phone privacy? I'm confused about VPN, SIP, etc.!
