Joe cell revisited

Salut everyone, this one is huge, i think.

For the last three years i have shown great interest in operating a Joe cell device, so i read everything and anything that i could find on the net.
i also made several experiment, no joy. so i thought about it a long time. waiting for the right and useful info to come to me.

recently, i purchased an ionic spa, from prolongerlvie.com. ionizing device that use electrolysis of water. anyway that reminded me of what i saw with joe cell. it gave me a new view of the matter. from that i was able to get my joe cell right.

most of movies of working joe cell are using high voltage current. this is a fraud. with 12 volt current bubbling is gentle and surface tension is incredible, not what you see with most of these movies.

for those who really succeeded to charge a cell, i think were a little bit lucky. what nobody is telling about what is happening to water when current is running trough. they talk a lot of the brown foam and how nefarious it is for the cell. that brown scum is caused by the minerals in the water, they don't conduct current, so they heat and oxidize. now here's the new info.

What is left in the water after all the minerals are burnt and cleaned.? huh? metals! only them can resist to the passage of electric current since they conduct it.

that is pretty obvious, yet in all the info i read nobody talk about it, only one guy talked about breeding a joe cell with distilled water. what he didn't say is that he used high voltage current to rip metal particle from the rings of the cell, thus creating a colloidal stainless steel solution.

Colloidal? does that sound familiar? yes? no? colloidal silver!

so if you are lucky and find water with high metal levels, you could easily charge a cell.

If not, do like me, use colloidal silver.

in my last experiment i purchased stainless steel pipes, turns out they were contaminated, so to make my new test, i made the cheapest joe cell that i could. my hypothesis being that the water conditioning is the key.

So i took three bottle of plastic of increasing size from the recycling bin, cut them accordingly to get rings, cleaned them with acetone, covered them inside-outside with aluminum foil, mounted them inside a plastic pot.

i made a strong batch of colloidal silver and filled the joe cell.

Now thing got interesting. usually, most of guide tell that you need at least 24 hour to get to stage two, by giving short burst of 1-2 min of current then cleaning.

This cell made it to stage two in 20 minute of continuously running current, then one hour ad a half it looked like this.

as you can see there is foam with slight coloration, probably oil from my skin but most of it is excess of silver in the water, that scum wont melt or burn. i let it run for two more hours, until most of surface was covered with scum. then i cleaned it with a q-tips. waited until it changed again it took four hours, then i think that the cell reached stage 3.

foam is now white, surface tension is incredible, bubbles have changed.

as you can see water is less yellow, meaning that silver was eliminated from the solution in the scum.

now to be sure that cell is really in stag 3, i need to cover it and wait 24 with no current, if the foam and bubbles are still there, i have stage 3 joe cell, in less than 2 days.

now i cannot tell if the device will feed a motor but i will definitely try.

if someone with proper equipment would try to recreate my experiment, i would be more than grateful.

I forget to tell how incredible is the feeling in the house since the cell is running. almost hard to breath because of the surges of energy in my heart chakra.

After 6 hours standing still with a not perfectly close lid the device looks like that.

there is more foam, much more. i know that six hours is not enough to claim that the cell is charged, but things are looking good.

little update...

foam production as increased, bigger bubbles, and 10 hours after suppressing the current i can still hear the bubbling sound. in fact gaz production as increased to the point that some of the rings started floating because there is gaz build-up inside the alu foil cover.

For the time being i intend to let the cell undisturbed until the 24 hour resiliency test is completed. what i posted since yesterday are real time results. i posted each observation 5 min after the fact.

right now the structure of the cell is precarious. two of the rings are standing half an inch out of the water. i might have to dismantle it, set the rings together more solidly, charge it again. then start test with a lawnmower engine.

i sure hope that people will seize the occasion to free themselves of energy tyranny ongoing right now.

Salut, update time.

yesterday, after 24 hours of opération i had to dismantle the cell. rings were popping out of water for about an inch. i tought it was gaz build-up, but there is no way gaz could have pushed these rings,water tension did.
probably how Jesus walked on the water! Smile

when dismounting the device i realised that i had contamination. so i trashed the water, assembled the cell with new foil and resume the experiment.

this time thing were a little different. this time surface tension established after 5 to the entire surface, 20 min after bubble production started on all rings at the same spreading around slowly.

it took 2 hours to reach stage 3.

water is clear, foam is plain white, sparkling sound is twice as before. so i cut current and went to sleep. 9 hours later...

see how activity has spread to the entire surface, there is still a sparkling but a little less since the cell was left with no lid. but no evaporation of the water. i wanted to be sure. probably surface tenson is preventing water of evaporating.

right now i am waiting for the 24 hours to pass. will probably try to do colloidal copper and aluminum. or pour a batch.

now official, that cell is fonctionnal. 24 hre with no current, the cell is still bubbling, sparkling and there is more foam. the feeling around the cell is still tremendous.

right now the cell is electrified. i will let current trough for at least one hour. want to see if i can get more bubbles from this baby.

stage 4 would be interresting. i'd like to witness anti-gravity. seeing the neutral electrodes being pushed out of the water was pretty cool already.

Neat project. If i can turn my motor home into a hover craft i will be very pleased. Joking aside, im glad someone here is working on one becuase i would like to learn more on how it works.

little update, 48 hours later, still bubbling.

this morning we sustained a mighty emp strike. there was 3 pulse within 2 seconds. each time, all the lights of the house opened. i felt a strong sound and vibration each time. even wireless controler of the pc and ps3 opened and closed. they tried to short the cell.

a high wire burned in a coupling clip. typical of emp events. like a solar flare but affecting only a 3km area wide. the house was the epicenter.

right now, nothing floating away but salt, pepper and lots of powdery products are sticky as hell without being moist.

black magic didnt work, high energy weapons didnt.

what's left. they might try a shooting.

update time, after three days bubbling as tripled.

surface tension is incredible, i had to put weigth on the rings, or they would be floating around and the cell would collapse.

aluminum his changing, kind of silver plating(electrons bombarding), altough the foil dont seem to be degrading. might consider using same metal for the water and the rings.

we have the feeling that the cell is extracting electrons directly from the ether dimension. like the device is puting pressure on the barrier between quantum and 3d realm and allow electrons to leak in. might be mistaken, but dont have any other explanation.
