Though WarriorMatrix is principally a forum about Orgonite and Orgone Energy (With occasional deviations for a related subject), I have decided to include this Topic as there is a tremendous depth of Health related information among the members of this board.

This will be a place to share it.

I want gifters and readers to be as strong as possible on every level. Sometimes the simplest techniques and practices can have a tremendous, positive effect on one's state of health, outlook and experiences.

Please use this Forum to share your experiences and things that worked or did not.
