The worst drought for 60 years coincides pretty much with the arrival of NATA / US troops in Somalia and the so called war on piracy off the coasts.

Here is a weather satellite image that features not just the horn of Africa, but also some of the ocean. This might help to focus any boosting of the region.

And feel free to blast the weather tech (death tech) and the criminals who are using it to harm the innocent people of this region which has seen so much suffering because of it's geostrategical importance.
